Kingspan Timber Solutions were appointed in the construction of a new teaching block consisting of 6 new classrooms, a hall, offices and toilet facilities, which was located on an existing playground and caretaker hut.

The new structure was to adjoin an existing classroom facility so noise and pollution had to be kept to a minimum as works continued in school time.

The programme on-site for Kingspan Timber Solutions was challenging with tight site access and a 6 week build programme. The structure had to be built in 2 halves as this would enable the contractor to deliver the classrooms ready for the new school term in September.
